Terms and Conditions for Jersey’s Unlimited Bath Club Membership

1. No Contract and Cancellation Policy:
   Membership in Jersey’s Unlimited Bath Club is provided on a non-contractual basis. However, we require a minimum of thirty (30) days' written notice if you wish to cancel your membership. Cancellation requests should be submitted to our team in writing or via the appropriate online portal.

2. Billing and Payment Terms:
   Membership fees will be billed monthly through Stripe subscription services and your card will be stored securely as a Card on File (COF). All subscription fees for the upcoming month must be paid in advance. Members are responsible for maintaining updated payment information to ensure timely billing. Failure to provide payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

3. Non-Transferability of Membership:
   Each membership subscription is limited to the use of one (1) dog only and cannot be transferred to another dog or individual. Sharing membership privileges is strictly prohibited.

4. Health and Safety Restrictions:
   We are unable to provide bathing services to dogs that are lactating, pregnant, matted, flea-infested, or in heat. If your dog falls under any of these categories, please contact us to arrange for your membership to be temporarily paused until your dog is eligible for services again.

5. Right to Refuse Service:
   We reserve the right to refuse service to any dog at our discretion. This includes but is not limited to, dogs displaying aggressive behavior, health issues, or other factors that may pose a risk to staff, other dogs, or the facility.

6. Scheduling of Services:
   All baths should be scheduled in advance. We cannot guarantee availability for walk-in appointments. Please ensure that appointments are made in a timely manner to secure your preferred time slots.

7. What Membership Is:
   Membership is the monthly pre-purchase of one hundred baths of the given configuration (coat length, size, and standard or ultimate), renewed each month with no rollover allowed. The membership fee is $1 with the balance being comprised of the remaining membership price divided by the quantity of baths. All services within the club are available to non-members at regular maintenance bath prices.
